Moshi Gran Café is a Japanese fusion kissaten from the Gran Moshi Koshi of Tokyo restaurant group. The brief for this project was to let loose while retaining a bit of the spirit of the original Gran Moshi. The brand’s design draws from the restaurant’s fusion concept, traditional sensibilities with a modern flair. A little bit of ukiyo-e and a little bit of anime.
